Wonderful Experience – Very smooth transition! We wanted to make a move but we were scared of selling our current home and not having a place to live, while we looked for our new home . Don explained that this was a common concern with many of his clients and he went over in detail, his strategy and timeline of how we could make the transition without any worries, get Top Dollar for our home and still negotiate the best deal for our new home.
