Don is a miracle worker. We needed a real estate agent who could sell our home while we were out of the country – Don was nothing but professional, competent and transparent throughout the entire process. He took a home that was not yet in a presentable state, and helped us turn it around at a minimal cost. I was very impressed with his honesty and commitment to respecting both his client and the potential buyers. The house was ultimately sold at a price that was quite a bit higher than our asking price. Best of all, this was done thanks to his truly professional and a collegial spirit throughout. I think all parties involved were very satisfied with his services.
